This jewel is one of the best "desert" fuzzy psych rock I've ever heard. Such a sound for such a creativity! The only comparison I could draw would be the hallucinatory atmosphere of...Bush of Ghosts by ENO & BYRNE. This is only a comparison because Who Are We is unique.
